SHIPPING 

We aim to send out your order within 1-2 days, we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Please bear in mind we are a small business and therefore we cannot always ship next day like you may expect from bigger companies, but every parcel is packaged with love!  

The delivery time is estimated. Once the article has been shipped, we no longer have control over possible courier delays, so please be patient. In any case, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your shipment so you can check the delivery status anytime. 

We ship nationally and internationally with the cost and delivery time shown at the time of purchase. 

If you place an order with more than one item, the shipping cost will depend on the weight of the package and it will be charged only once.  

It is very important that your shipping address is complete and correct in order to receive your package without problems. We are not responsible for delays or loss of packages due to incorrect address. 

By making a purchase with us, you agree that Alma Hippie will not be held responsible for any loss, theft or delays that may occur during shipping. 

As we are a small business, we only ship to the countries listed below. If you live in a country that is not on our list and you want to get one of our garments, send us an email to contact@almahippie.com and we will do everything possible for you to get your desired article!

What happens if my order has not yet arrived or is in poor condition? 

If your order has not yet arrived, check before contacting us the status of the shipment with the tracking number that we have provided you once the purchase has been made. 

For orders outside of Spain, the delivery time may vary and take a little longer.  

If your shipment has arrived in poor condition, contact us as soon as possible! contact@almahippie.com

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: 

We offer a return period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the item.  

We recommend that before buying, you read the full description of the article and check the measurements to ensure greater satisfaction with our items. However, if you still have any questions or need more information, do not hesitate to contact us before making the purchase! 

During these 14 days we must have received a return request to our email: contact@almahippie.com. After this period, we do not accept returns.  

Keep in mind that the return or exchange postage will be borne by the buyer and these will be deducted from the total refund. Alma Hippie will not be responsible for damages or losses during shipment. The buyer has to take charge of insuring and packing the item correctly when returning it. 

Returns are carried out through the Post Office or UPS, where the customer must take the package accompanied by the return code or label that we will provide by email.

The return will only be accepted if the product is in perfect condition and without signs of use, with its labels and any items or gifts received and in its original packaging. If there is any doubt as to the condition of the returned item (wrinkles or obvious signs of use, make-up stains, food or drink, smell of perfume, tobacco, deodorant, etc.), Alma Hippie reserves the right to refuse the return of the garment. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and whether we have approved or denied the refund depending on the state in which it arrived. Alma Hippie reserves the right to reject changes or returns sent after the established period, or articles that are not in the same conditions in which they were received. 

Once approved, the refund will be made using the same payment method that you used to make the purchase. In case the customer would like to, the refund can be made as a coupon to spend on our website.

Changes or returns of garments that have been made to the customer's taste are not allowed.
